While most companies require a minimum of 12 or 24 bottles of each item for private label, our minimum is one bottle. This makes it possible for you to carry a whole line of products in your label. In addition we can ship directly to your patients in our label or in your own label with no minimums.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using our PROFESSIONAL NUTRITIONALS® brand, you can have your patients order products themselves by sending them to www.ProfessionalNutritionals.com. They will need to enter your doctor’s code. Patients will not be able to place orders without a doctor’s code.
For practitioner placed orders shipped to patients: We charge actual shipping plus an additional $2 direct fulfillment fee per destination. (These orders can be Private Label or Professional Nutritionals Label)
For patients ordering directly on ProfessionalNutritionals.com using your doctors code. We charge $5 shipping with free shipping on orders over $55. (Private Label is not available with this service):
NOTE: We ship FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
No other product returns are accepted, unless the product was ordered in error. In order to receive a credit for a returned product, you must notify and get approval from one of our customer service representatives within five business days of receiving the order. Please contact us before shipping any product back for a return, as we will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
To receive credit for returned product(s), you must:
- Notify Customer Service within five business days of receiving the order to report the error or issue.
- Ensure that any products ordered in error remain un-opened, un-marked, and in a sellable condition unless damaged in shipment.
- Make sure that it is a Professional Nutritionals® brand and not a Private Label formula.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not authorize any returns or refunds for Private Label formulas unless there is an error on our part or damage from shipment.
You may sell our products online if you utilize our unique private label service. If you wish to sell private label products via an online store, click here to get started.
Custom-designed labels are also a great marketing opportunity. Think of them as business cards. Every time your patients use one of our formulas (with your label), they are given a visual reminder of your brand, location, physical address, and website!
Our private label service is unique because we have no minimum orders (you can order 1 bottle at a time).
If you do not wish to place a minimum order, we can help you with a basic design using one of our templates for a cost of $100 provided you supply us with a high resolution logo in the correct format.
If you wish to have a more complex design, or do not have a logo, we can also help you with that, but the cost would depend on the complexity of the design. Alternately you can hire your own designer.
